Industrial Enclosures for Hazardous Environments

IP65 metallic cabinets, blast-resistant boxes, and pressurized panels for SCADA instrumentation.

IP65 Estanco Metallic Cabinet

Rugged protection for sensitive instrumentation. The IP65 Estanco Metallic Cabinet is engineered to house sensitive SCADA instrumentation in harsh chemical plants. Its robust steel construction with a corrosion-resistant coating ensures long-term durability even when exposed to corrosive vapors. The cabinet features a gasketed door and compression latches that maintain a tight seal against water jets and particulate ingress. Internal mounting plates allow flexible installation of controllers, terminals, and power supplies. This model is certified for use in Zone 2 hazardous areas and supports passive ventilation options for thermal management.

Blast-Resistant Junction Box

Explosion-proof connectivity for hazardous zones. The Blast-Resistant Junction Box is built to meet ATEX and IECEx standards for explosive gas and dust environments. Its cast aluminum body with flameproof joints can withstand internal deflagration without transmitting the explosion to the external atmosphere. Multiple cable entry options with certified gland plates ensure secure and sealed connections. The box includes an internal grounding bar and optional terminal blocks for up to 24 circuits. It is ideal for use in oil refineries, chemical processing units, and grain handling facilities where flammable vapors or dusts are present.

Pressurized Control Panel

Purged and pressurized enclosure for clean instrument air. The Pressurized Control Panel uses a continuous purge and pressurization system to maintain a safe internal atmosphere, preventing flammable gases or dust from entering the enclosure. It is designed for use in Zone 1 and Zone 2 hazardous areas where standard enclosures are insufficient. The panel includes a pressure monitoring unit with alarms for low pressure and loss of purge air. Internal components such as PLCs, relays, and HMI screens are fully protected while remaining accessible for maintenance. The system complies with NFPA 496 and IEC 60079-2 standards for pressurized enclosures.
